• I am a 4th generation home builder and developer based in Corning NY

• Started my own business after working for my dad for many years

• I really enjoy building and the interaction with my customers.

• I knew when I was young that I would grow up to be a pastor or a home builder. Since I wasn’t a good public speaker, home building it was!

• In 2004, I bought my first investment property

• In 2005, I was presented with my first opportunity to build a home from the ground up. At the same time, I subdivided and put in my first development (Stone Cottage Forest)

• My goal is to provide the best quality home for the budget of each individual customer

• In 2008, when the market turned I bought an investment home in Florida to keep me busy. I fixed up this home and almost immediately found a buyer that wanted to trade homes. Upon trading for his home in South Carolina, I then proceeded to fix up the new home and sell it. In 2010, I bought another investment home and after selling this one put the money into my first rental home in Corning, NY.
